Within one year following integration, international conversion rates increased by 76% YoY, the number of orders grew by 159% YoY and international online revenues grew by 92% YoY. The brand has seen significant growth across its key markets including the UK, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Native Shoes has also successfully expanded its global customer base by penetrating into markets which saw few sales before, such as Germany and Russia, which have become among their top international markets.

Two years on, Native Shoes has realized additional global online growth: international conversion rates have risen by an additional 115% YoY and revenues have grown an additional 40% YoY.

With Global-e, Native Shoes can now provide shoppers with prices inclusive of all duties and taxes, a proven way to increase conversion rates, especially in markets with low duties thresholds and where shoppers are not accustomed to paying extra duties and taxes at checkout, such as the European markets.
Enabling shoppers to pay with their preferred local or alternative payment option has also had a significant effect on sales and conversions. In Germany, for example, over 70% of shoppers prefer to pay with an alternative option such as Klarna, Sofortuberweisung and PayPal. Conversion rates in this market increased by 188% YoY within one year of implementation and revenues grew by 463% within two years, making it to one of the brand’s top 10 international markets.
