What we don't know... Lots it would seem. The threat of war in the east between India and Pakistan has some worried sick although the saber rattling has eased up a bit. The possiblity brings up the fear of the hidden dragon. China is not a loud power. Certain people on the right like to credit China with being behind it all. This seems to mean that China and its clients (in their own language), Pakistan and Iraq and North Korea, are out to ...out to do what exactly? If they plan on taking over the planet they will need (1) more allies and (2) more guns. One story has it that China plans to land on the West Coast under the NWO. How will they get there? Will they walk? on water? And why?

China has lots of people but they are not in the habit of moving them all over the world. Historically they have been self-contained. As the country with the largest markets and the greatest labor pool all they need to do is sit tight. A nuclear war on its borders will not benefit China unless they see it as a means of population control in which they might want to start the war in Shanghai.

War on its borders may serve as a stick to counterbalance the carrot of admission to the WTO. And on the other hand, Mr.s Vajpayee and Musharraf may just be a little out of balance themselves.

Peace activists, who inevitably come from large military powers with tremendous arsenals of nuclear weapons, don't seem to have had much luck in persuading their own leaders to give up the bomb.

I guess that means pray for peace.
